Marjorie A. Allard Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

MARJORIE A. ALLARD Marjorie A. Allard, 93, of Great Bend, PA was called home to be with the Lord and reunited with her husband, Oliver, in Heaven on December 12, 2021. Oliver predeceased her in February 2001. She was also predeceased by her children, Eleanor, Barry, and Lee; granddaughters, Sheila and Tammy. Marjorie is survived by her children, Roger (Beth) Allard, Sally (Richard) Niles, Elaine (Joe) Mann, and Esther (Randy) Allen; 19 grandchildren, Jackie, Bobby, Tim, Cassandra, Lisa, Teresa, Kim, Nicola, Jenny, Amy, Michael, Dora, Joe, Karen, Donna, John, Scott, Craig, and Sam; 57 great grandchildren; 32 great great grandchildren, with a greatly anticipated addition arriving soon; and a daughter-in-law, Diane Allard. Marjorie worked diligently along side her husband Oliver on their farm, driving trucks, keeping track of their books, and their seven children. She never met a stranger and quickly became grandma to everyone she met and generously offered warm hugs. Marjorie crocheted many items, and was known for her baby sweater sets and blankets. She was awarded many blue ribbons from the Harford Fair. Marjorie moved into ceramics, which she also won ribbons for at the Fair. Her baking, Christmas cookies, donuts, and pies were also well known. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Hallstead, PA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. In her honor, please wear something in her favorite color, yellow. Interment will be made in Lawsville Cemetery. Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O.
