L. JUANITA BREWER L. Juanita Brewer, 93, of New Milford Township, PA entered into rest on October 23, 2021 peacefully at home. She was born March 25, 1928 to the late Roy and Loretta Howell. She was also predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years, Claude; all of her siblings; and her eldest son, Carl. She is survived by her children, Sharon Chesko, Wayne Brewer, and Alan Brewer; five grandchildren, Lisa Wingate, Lorie Brewer, Sally Newberry, Michael Brewer, and Matthew Brewer; four great grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Chad, and E.J.; many nieces and nephews, including Larry Kliamovich; and two life long friends, Alfrieda Mowry and Geraldine Johnson. Juanita was employed with the Blue Ridge School District, becoming the Cafeteria Manager prior to retiring in 1993. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, New Milford, PA. Juanita had a humble spirit and cared for the students at school, who knew her as “Grandma” as well as meeting the needs of her beloved family at home. At her request, there will be no public services. Inurnment will be made in New Milford Cemetery.
