SHIRLEY A. DERRICK Shirley A. Derrick, 89, of Great Bend, PA entered into rest on June 21, 2026 with her loving family by her side. She is the daughter of the late James and Doris (Wood) Galloway; also predeceased by her husband, Norman Hawk; her second husband, Andrew Derrick; all of her siblings; a grandson; and a great grandson. Shirley is survived by her children, Shirley (Jim) Rolison, Kathy (Phil) Soller, Cindy (Tom) Fuimo, David (Patty) Derrick; twenty grandchildren, John (Dawn) Rolison, Kathy (Scott) Kenyon, Ashley (Ryan) Newberry, Stephanie Rolison, Charlie Rolison, Justin Rolison, Noah Rolison, Chelsey Rolison, Tracy (Jim) Canfield, Nicole (Tim) Wescott, Trevor Hawk, Mercedez (Devante) Wright, Thomas (Nicole) Fuimo, Anthony Fuimo, Dakota Fuimo, Jessica (Ryan) Martin, Ashlee (Connor) Hartman, Marissa Derrick (Noah Guzy), Breanna Derrick, and Brian Derrick; great grandchildren, LeeAnn Rolison (Justin Griffey), Emalee Rolison (Craig Rich), Justin Rolison Jr., Sophia Canfield, Niall Hawk, Indie Hawk, Nova Wright, Presley Wright, Preston Kenyon, Nolan Newberry, Lincoln Martin, Finlee Martin, and Rowen Hartman; two great great grandchildren, Harper Griffey and Jade Rich; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends, Faith, Joe Ackley, Beverly Tierney, and Darlene Preston. Prior to her retirement, Shirley worked at Lourdes Hospital as an aid. She was known for her tenacity and strong spirit. Shirley enjoyed her home in Florida and spending time on the beach. She loved music, dancing, traveling, a Pepsi right out of the box, playing cards, Phase 10, and games on her phone. Shirley had a deep faith and enjoyed attending church. She loved several special cats and dogs over the years, and leaves behind her current feline companion Tommy. Her greatest joy in life was her family, all of them. She especially looked forward to family gatherings, trips to the park, or out for ice cream. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the West Windsor Fire Department. Interment will be held at noon on Friday, June 26, 2026 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Great Bend, PA. There will be no public viewing.
