JOANN M. PACCIO Joann M. Paccio, 84, formerly of Hallstead, PA went home to be with the Lord on July 11, 2023. She is the daughter of the late William and Marie Burton Barry. Joann is survived by her children, Richard Paccio, Hudson, FL, John Paul (Adriana) Paccio, Raleigh, NC, Kurt (Lisa) Paccio, Nazareth, PA, Elisa (Joe) Ledonne, Great Bend, PA, and Andrea (Harold) Quezada, Great Bend, PA; grandchildren, Danielle Paccio, Nicole Paccio, Kayleigh Paccio, Kyle Paccio, Lianna Paccio, Corissa Paccio (Jason) Tate, Aislynn (Joel) Basta, Faith Rychlewski (Mark), Kristen Brown, Connor Cranage, and John Quezada; Great Grandchildren, Noah Generelli, Owen Burdick, Gabby Sanchez, Jason Tate Jr., Zoey Oakley, and Carmella Jo Basta; siblings, William (Diane) Barry, Bonnie Sherwood, and Johnny Barry; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Linda Bradley. Joann had a great passion for her customers at the New Milford Bank, now known as NBT Bank, for over 20 years as a teller. She was talented and enjoyed crafting a variety of things, especially arranging flowers. She took great pride in her bright and colorful art projects and liked to show them to whoever came to visit. Joann’s zest for life and love of bright colors prompted her excitement for Fairs and Parades, both watching and participating, decorating floats with her coworkers and riding them through town. Joann’s joy was contagious and brought smiles to many people over the years. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to the staff of Barnes-Kasson, especially Beth Ann’s deep connection and commitment, and Dawn Davis who regularly checked on Joann and supplied all kinds of snacks along with her friendship. Joann looked forward to letters, cards, and phone calls with her devoted cousins, Sarah “Sally” Silver and Lorna Howe. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc., Hallstead, PA. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery.
